Nascaps Group was founded by Richa Jain, who has run back-office operations for international clients since 2003. She started the firm on a simple principle: the back office should never be the client's problem.

More than two decades later that principle still defines how Nascaps operates. The firm works inside the client's own systems, measured in accuracy and cycle time, and never asks the client to adopt its tools or change platform to suit the firm. The operational burden shifts to Nascaps, and the client stays focused on growing the business.

Nascaps has grown by serving businesses across apparel, retail, FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, and professional services. The back office is the hardest part of running them, and the tools keep changing. Two decades in, the firm has adopted each new wave of automation and analytics, so the service stays current with the platforms clients run today.
